How To Be The Best Version Of Yourself: A Quick Guide For Self-Improvement

Do you ever feel like you’re not living up to your full potential? That every day, you’re just going through the motions and wishing that things could be better? This blog post is for those people. It’s time to stop feeling stuck in the mud and start working on becoming a better version of yourself! Start by waking up an hour earlier This has been a game-changer for me. It allows me to start my day feeling in control as opposed to everyone else’s agenda. When you wake up early, you give yourself more time to focus on yourself, your goals, and what you want to create that day.  I host a 6am call every single morning with my coaching group. It is a fantastic way to start the day off right with purpose. Of course, the biggest challenge for most people in this is the process of actually getting out of bed in the morning, but there are some simple tricks you can use to help. Set the alarm on your phone and leave it across the room Moving naturally wakes us up. It gets our blood pumping so that our brain and body can get going. Unfortunately, when you sleep with your alarm next to you, it becomes too easy to hit the snooze button. You can set up your environment to help you by something as simple as having your alarm clock across the room, where it requires you to get up.   Leave a glass of water next to your alarm. I learned this trick from Hal Elrod, author of The Miracle Morning, and it really does work. Our bodies need a lot of water to function normally, and naturally, while we’re asleep, we aren’t taking any in. But we are losing a lot through breathing and sweating

Mental Motivators: How To Unlock Your Full Brain Potential

Do you want to know how to unlock your full brain potential? We all know we could be doing more, but in what ways? Marketers tell us we could be spending more; fitness gurus think we aren’t exercising enough; billionaires believe we aren’t doing enough with our money, but where does it end? When can we finally be doing enough to get what we want?  Well, there’s one place you can start, and it takes a good shot right between the eyes to land there. That’s right. It’s your brain—the strongest muscle in our body and an unlimited area of growth.  Do We Really Only Use 10% Of Our Brain? The truth is that a regular healthy human person is constantly using 100% of their brain’s power, and while different tasks use different parts of the brain, the entire pink mass is always putting in its fair share of work. Similarly, according to Dr. Chudler, 10% of a human brain would be equal in mass to that of a sheep, and while some would make the case otherwise, we are definitely not sheep.  If there were parts of the brain that we didn’t use then, that would mean we could damage that area without causing any damage to our regular mental functions, which is not the case. We know from decades of actual research into brain damage that any area being impaired has serious ramifications.  So to sum it up, yes, it is a myth that we only use 10% of our brain.  Then Why Am I Here?  Wait just a minute, now. I’m not telling you that there is no way to improve your brainpower. Because while we are constantly using all parts of our brain, it is still a muscle that can be trained to do what it

Mastering Your Business Mindset: This Is What Peak Performance Looks Like

If you’re a business owner, entrepreneur, or someone who’s been thinking about launching their own company – I have good news for you. There is a way to turn your business into an unstoppable force that can grow and thrive in today’s volatile environment. In this blog post, I will share the secrets of what peak performance looks like when running a successful company. Why Are You In Business For Yourself And Not Someone Else? We can all say that we want more money, but that isn’t the underlying reason we work. The reason that we want more money is that it gives us more freedom.  It lifts the burden of paying bills and getting food on the table for our family. It allows us to take more time off to spend with the ones we love and even book an exotic vacation or two.  Whatever your reason for embarking on this journey, the point is that you are taking your destiny into your own hands. By becoming the rockstar CEO you’re meant to be, you are saying that you no longer have to answer to anyone but yourself.  Book A Call! You can and will do anything it takes to make your business succeed (with some help, of course), and that can be overwhelming. However, there’s no sugar-coating that not everyone who starts their own business is thriving.  Many of them aren’t, but we can be different because we will understand the challenges that stop many inexperienced entrepreneurs in their tracks. The most important of which is your mindset and how it affects what you can accomplish.    What Is Peak Performance? To me, peak performance is a mindset in which you have flexibility in behaviour.   The goal of breaking down your mindset is to reveal the infinite nature

5 Tips To Reaching Your Peak Performance Success In College And Beyond

Are you an entrepreneur, college student, or recent graduate? It’s a well-known fact that the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. You can say the same about becoming your peak self as an entrepreneur. This blog post will show how these five key components – goal setting, focus, self-love, mentorship, and believing in yourself – can help you reach peak performance success in college and beyond.  Goal Setting For Peak Performance Success In College And Beyond All entrepreneurs need goals, and college students are no exception. Without goals, you won’t know what to do or where to go in your life. It is like sitting in your car without a destination, you won’t get out of the driveway, and if you do, you will probably end up heading in circles. However, not all plans are created equal. Goals should be based on what you WANT, and it should be a stretch.  Something that would cause you to grow.  The purpose of a goal is not to get but to grow.   Some examples of great goals include: -Learn how to code in three months (time-specific) -Make $100,000 this year through my business (quantifiable and measurable) -Start a social media marketing agency by the time I graduate from college next summer (actionable with an end date) By having easily measurable goals, you’ll know exactly what to do every day (and how to evaluate if your actions are moving you closer or farther from success). You should also make sure not to set too many goals at once. This is one of the biggest mistakes I see people make with goal setting, and it’s a recipe for disaster. For example, if you have three goals equally important to you with deadlines in five months – how will you know

What Coaching Can Do For You When someone has a problem in their life that they don’t know how to solve, their usual response is to muddle through. Maybe they read some self-help books and start making changes but gradually reverted to the way they were.  Chances are they didn’t change anything, to begin with. With the right coaching skills and attention from professional coaches Everyone has been on this journey before, but not all of us are where we want to be. Why? Because they are missing the essential tool for change. Consistency.  The truth is that change takes practice, and that practice takes time.
