By meeting every week and allowing momentum to build, therapy acts as an open, non-judgemental, and non-directive space for the individual to explore the conscious and unconscious in order to work towards his or her goals.

Couples therapy is for those who are committed to their relationship, but find themselves struggling to communicate. Lasting six months, those who participate first commit to their partner and to the process. They then spend weekly sessions exploring the relationship, listening and understanding one another, and developing the communication skills that act as a foundation for a healthy relationship.
